Best use
Crit carry: his own Crit Rate +15% plus Rukia/Rangiku buffs make crits frequent; each crit gives Attack +24% and 100% Frostbite, and Mortal Blow has 50% Freeze.
Best teams
Toshiro + Rukia + Rangiku (Team 1 Freeze-Crit), or as second attacker with Ichigo + Rukia.
Upgrade priority
Priority 2: best Retry Summon ★4 to pair with free Rukia, especially if you also pull Aizen.
Weaknesses
Weaker until crit support is built; Frostbite/Freeze value depends on enemies not resisting ailments.
Alternatives
Ichigo (simpler) or Aizen.
