With Toshiro + Rukia, or Aizen + Rukia.
Upgrade priority
Priority 3: only if you pulled her; great second-team support.
Weaknesses
No ailments of her own, so she cannot switch on Rukia's buff; her value needs frequent switching.
Alternatives
Rukia, or Orihime when survival matters more.
